Job Description

The Ambulatory Infusion RN will provide specialized care for patients with MS, GI, Neuro, and Transplant diagnoses, focusing on the administration of medications, fluids, and emergency treatment in an infusion center setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments and medications for MS, GI, Neuro, and Transplant patients.
• Provide emergency treatment for reactions and manage iron and fluid administration.
• Utilize infusion pumps and manage central and peripheral access devices.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required; travel experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in an infusion center preferred.
• Training in Tysabri administration will be provided if not already completed.
