X-Ray Technologist - Nights

8hr Nights: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description

The X-Ray Technologist will be responsible for operating radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment across various departments including the Operating Room (OR), Emergency Department (ED), and inpatient units. The technologist must be adaptable and willing to float to different departments as needed, and will also engage with students to perform competency check-offs.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment efficiently.
• Evaluate images for technical quality.
• Assist in training and competency evaluation of students.
• Perform imaging in OR, ED, inpatient settings, and with portable devices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility or 2-3 years in a large bed Level 2 Trauma facility.
• BLS certification required.
• ARRT certification required.
• Graduation from a JRCERT/ARRT approved program.
