Job Description

The Physical Therapist position is responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting patient evaluations, consultations, and treatments aimed at helping patients achieve their maximum physical performance. The therapist performs individualized evaluations and designs customized, goal-directed plans to improve physical function and mobility.

• Consult with patients and develop treatment plans.
• Design goal-directed, individualized therapy plans to improve mobility and physical function.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Specific licensure and certifications relevant to the role of a Physical Therapist are required.
