Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and practices within the healthcare facility. The RN will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care activities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in acute care preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
