Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends.

Job Description

The Emergency Room (ER) is a fast-paced environment that provides critical care to diverse patient populations. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, conducting assessments, and managing acute conditions in accordance with established standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and create care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support and assist in emergency procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Provide behavioral health de-escalation and support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with Meditech and trauma care preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
