Job Description

The Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures including operating room (OR) cases, fluoroscopy, portables, emergency department (ED) imaging, and general x-ray. The technologist should possess a strong skill set in handling diverse radiological tasks while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in the OR, fluoroscopy, portables, ED, and general x-ray.
• Assist with imaging needs during surgical cases and other critical scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards of care.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures performed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Proficient in using Cerner or similar electronic medical records systems.
