5x8-Hour Shifts, Rotating Days (08:00 - 16:30 / 09:00 - 18:30); will be required to work (2) late shifts per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a rotating day shift position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services, ensuring patient-centered care, and participating in interdisciplinary teamwork across our sports medicine locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy to patients with a variety of conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain management.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Participate in patient education and family counseling.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of relevant experience required; first-time travelers accepted.
• Current state license and BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care, outpatient clinics, and rehabilitation settings preferred.
