Schedule

Day shift, 4x10 Hour schedule (07:30 AM - 06:00 PM) with on-call rotation required on weekdays and weekends, including every third weekend.

Job Description

The Angiography Technician will work in an Interventional Radiology setting, providing high-quality patient care and assistance in various vascular procedures. The role includes performing equipment setup, maintaining sterile technique, and ensuring accurate monitoring of patients during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist in various angiographic and interventional procedures.
• Prepare access sites and maintain a sterile field throughout procedures.
• Perform EKG lead placements and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias.
• Assist with vascular closure systems.
• Ensure the maintenance and inventory of medical equipment and supplies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Angiography Technician.
• Active ARRT and West Virginia State Licensure required (may submit with pending).
• BLS certification required; Vascular Intervention certification preferred.
• Experience with PACS and fluoroscopy equipment is essential.
