DEXA Technologist (Bone Density) - Day Shift

Job Description

The position requires a proficient Bone Density Technologist with experience in DEXA scans. The technologist will be responsible for conducting bone density tests, ensuring patient safety, and providing a high level of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform DEXA scans for patients, ensuring accurate results.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.
• Document patient data accurately within the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of DEXA (Bone Density) experience required.
• Current certifications: BLS, ARRT, RT (R), ARRT - Bone Densitometry.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
