Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Hand Therapy

Day 4x10-Hour Shift, 07:30 - 18:00, Monday through Friday.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to support rehabilitation efforts in hand therapy. The ideal candidate will possess experience in outpatient hand therapy with specific expertise in post-operative hand surgeries and splinting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Valid Oregon license or eligibility to obtain.
• BLS certification from the AHA within 90 days of hire.
• Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT) preferred.
• Clinical experience in outpatient hand therapy and familiarity with post-operative hand surgeries and splinting.
• Epic charting experience required.
