Job Description

We have an opportunity for an Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapist at our Eagle clinic. Due to an increase in patient volume, we are expanding our Rehab team to reduce wait times for patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans for various diagnoses.
• Improve patients’ strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado.
• At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
