Schedule

Shift: 7P-7:30A, with weekend rotation every other week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide care for patients in the emergency department.
• Perform necessary procedures including conscious sedation and intubations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Participate in behavioral health watch and manage sepsis and stroke protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience required.
• Current Texas RN license (temporary licenses are not accepted).
• Certifications: PALS or ENPC, ACLS, BLS, TNCC, NIHSS required.
• Preferred: CEN certification and Meditech experience.

Dress Code

• Scrub color: Navy (undershirts and jackets must be white, navy, or black).
• No acrylic, longer inch nails, or chipped nail polish.
• Hair must be off shoulders and of natural color.
• Visible tattoos and body art should be covered whenever possible.
• Visible piercings other than earlobes are prohibited.
