Variable shifts available: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, Tues-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm, or Sun-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm.

Job Description

This position is for a Physical Therapist with primary experience in Acute Inpatient settings, focusing on Acute Rehab with secondary duties in ICF/SNF Rehab. The candidate will evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients, and plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by the attending physician or consulting specialist. This role includes providing consulting services as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients.
• Plan and implement therapeutic physical therapy programs.
• Provide consulting physical therapist services in accordance with prescribed treatments.
• Work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 6 months work experience in Acute, rehab hospital, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings.
• Active Hawaii Physical Therapy license required by start of assignment.
• BLS certification is required.
