07:00-19:00, 3x12 hour shifts per week alternating every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care RN to join our team. The position involves providing high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced environment, requiring critical thinking and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver critical care to patients with varied conditions including respiratory failure, sepsis, DKA, GI bleed, and CHF.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimum patient care.
• Utilize Meditech Magic for electronic health record management.
• Maintain high patient-to-nurse ratios of 2:1.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess an active RN license in Kentucky.
• At least 2 years of experience in critical care.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB, NIH, PALS.
• AHA EKG/rhythms course completion is necessary.
