The shift schedule for this position is 18:45 to 07:15. In a 6-week schedule, you must work 3 weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated PICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing the highest level of patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals to support critically ill pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
• Perform various procedures including IV starts, central line dressing changes, and ventilator management.
• Manage hemodynamic monitoring, trach care, tube feeding and placement, and ICP monitoring.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of PICU experience is required.
• PALS certification is mandatory.
