Registered Nurse - Float - Nights

Schedule

12-hour night shifts from 1845 to 0715, scheduled for 36 hours per week following the first week of orientation.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care as a float nurse between various medical and surgical units. This role involves flexibility in performing tasks across different departments while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a variety of clinical settings
• Utilize Meditech EMR, pyxis, wound vac, and manage chest tubes
• Float between medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units as needed
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in nursing care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2-10 years of nursing experience
• Active Hawaii RN license prior to start date
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, and ENPC are preferred)
