This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 12:00 AM. This position can be structured as either 4 ten-hour shifts per week or 5 eight-hour shifts per week, including an every-other-weekend rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates to fill an open healthcare position requiring various professional credentials and certifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while adhering to the highest standards of healthcare practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with medical assessments and treatment plans.

• COVID-19 Vaccination (for onboarding)
• MMR Immunization (for onboarding)
• Fit Test (for onboarding)
• Hepatitis B Vaccination (for onboarding)
• Influenza Vaccination (for onboarding)
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA Testing (for onboarding)
• Varicella Immunization (for onboarding)
• Physical/Health Statement (for onboarding)
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (for onboarding)
• Licensure verification (for onboarding)
