Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in a pulmonary function testing setting, aiding in the assessment and management of patients with cardio and pulmonary conditions. The role requires strong physiological familiarization with pulmonary function tests and bronchoscopy support.

Responsibilities

• Administer full pulmonary testing studies and exercise testing.
• Assist with bronchoscopy procedures.
• Utilize Vyntus/Jaeger PF testing equipment.
• Provide patient education on tests and procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Active RRT license required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, CPFT, RPFT preferred.
• Strong experience in pulmonary function testing and bronchoscopy preferred.
