Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least five years of experience, particularly in adult critical care and emergency department settings. Candidates with a strong background in various respiratory therapies and procedures are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to adult patients in critical and emergency settings.
• Administer treatments, including intubation and extubation.
• Perform pulmonary hygiene and manage tracheostomy care.
• Interpret arterial blood gases and troubleshoot ventilation techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Maryland or Compact license required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of five years of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.
• First-time travelers will be accepted.
