Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide coverage in an outpatient setting focusing on orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patient populations. The clinic operates Monday through Saturday, with a preference for Spanish-speaking candidates.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Conduct treatments for various diagnoses including post-operative surgeries and neurological disorders.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Valid California Physical Therapy License.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience with charting systems, preferably Epic.
• Familiarity with treatments for conditions such as knee injuries, low back pain, and post-operative recovery.
