Outpatient Orthopedics and Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

This position requires a 5x8's shift, totaling 40 hours per week. There may be potential for a few hours of inpatient care on an occasional Saturday.

Job Description

The Rehabilitation Therapist will provide specialized care in outpatient orthopedics and inpatient acute settings, focusing on improving recovery and rehabilitation outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Montana licensure required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in rehabilitation therapy.
