Job Description

The GHR Program Manager will coordinate and oversee operations across multiple practices focused on female pelvic floor health. The role involves managing patient interactions, supporting a multidisciplinary treatment team, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient experiences and assist in implementing treatment plans.
• Communicate significant changes in patient clinical status to the treatment team.
• Collaborate with staff to enhance customer service and performance improvement goals.
• Schedule and track MD appointments while documenting visits accordingly.
• Collect specimens and health data as prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct individual and group education sessions for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must have a background in GYN and urology. Experience with EPIC software is a plus.
