Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing computed tomography scans according to radiologist protocols. Candidates must operate independently and demonstrate the ability to execute routine CT scans effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans following established protocols.
• Function independently without supervision.
• Engage with radiologists to ensure quality imaging.
• Participate in procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and vascular imaging when necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• A minimum of two years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation is preferred.
• Knowledge of venipuncture and advanced imaging techniques such as MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging is a plus.
