CVOR Technologist

Job Description

The CVOR Technologist performs a variety of technical duties to assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients. This position involves significant responsibility, requiring expertise in surgical procedures and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

The schedule for this position includes:

• 2 shifts of 8 hours
• 2 shifts of 12 hours per week
• On-call responsibilities, rotating one week per month
• 24-hour coverage on weekends
• Overnight on-call from 7pm to 5:50am on weekdays

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CVOR Technologist
• Willingness to train as necessary

Required Education and Certification

• Graduate of a formal surgical technologist program
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist
