Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. The RN will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients on a telemetry unit, ensuring their safety and well-being during their hospital stay.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient vital signs and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care and treatment plans.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license.
• Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation.
