Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Schedule

Monday - Friday, with clinic hours from 7am - 7pm. Team typically works 3 early shifts and 7:30am - 3:30pm shifts.

Job Description

The dynamic patient caseload at this outpatient clinic consists primarily of post-op orthopedic conditions, including general and total joints, back and neck issues requiring manual therapy, and various other musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities

• Deliver quality outcomes-driven physical therapy services.
• Document using web-based software and an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation for the patient caseload while ensuring departmental compliance.
• Conduct patient and family education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree from a CAPTE accredited school.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in Maryland.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
• One year of outpatient experience preferred; new graduates with strong orthopedic clinicals will also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience in orthopedic and manual therapy settings.
• Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication.
