Schedule

3x12-Hour Night Shifts (19:00 - 07:00) with an option to flex to a 4th shift if needed. Minimum requirement of working every other weekend (Friday-Saturday-Sunday).

Job Description

We are seeking two experienced NICU RNs to provide high-quality care for neonates and infants in a Level III and/or Level IV NICU setting. The ideal candidates will possess strong clinical skills and be comfortable working the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to NICU patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments while following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech or similar EMR systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• North Carolina state license or compact licensure is required.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, and STABLE are mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, preferably with charge experience.
• Experience with ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP) is required.
