Job Description

The Pelvic Health Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing specialized care in pelvic rehabilitation, focusing on conditions such as urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, and pelvic pain for both women and men. The therapist will float between outpatient locations, assisting patients with tailored evaluations and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and implement treatment plans for pelvic health issues.
• Provide patient education and support throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using EMR systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pelvic rehabilitation.
• BLS certification required.
• EITHER Hermann & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification OR APTA Board Certification in Pelvic & Women’s Health.
• Must hold a valid Florida Physical Therapist license.
