Telemetry Nurse - Inpatient Overflow Unit

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in the inpatient overflow unit, where you will provide care for mixed level of medical-surgical and step-down patients. The unit features a telemetry system allowing all patients requiring monitoring to be hardwired to bedside monitors. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status using telemetry equipment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement patient care plans.
• Facilitate quick turnover for short-stay patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Telemetry competency required.
• Progressive Care nursing experience is preferred.
• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications.
