Night shift, 12 hours with a 3-week-on rotation.

Job Description

This position is on a high acuity floor focused on spinal, neuro, trauma, and surgical patients, including those with gunshot wounds, quadriplegia, and paraplegia. The Registered Nurse will provide critical care and support to patients, ensuring top-tier medical treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to high acuity patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty care.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Valid Nursys License Verification.
• Must have a skills checklist and references available.
