Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday - Monday

Job Description

Join a leading facility known for excellence and patient safety as a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting. This position offers the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, providing care to patients in single patient rooms. You will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing care plans to improve their conditions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in an acute care hospital setting.
• Develop individualized care plans to address rehabilitation needs.
• Use various procedures and techniques to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Supervise and coordinate therapeutic care with staff and families.
• Document evaluation results and progress in a designated system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current North Carolina license to practice Physical Therapy.
• At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
