Day shift: 4x10-Hour (07:30 - 18:00)

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for patient evaluation, development, and follow-through of treatment plans to support organizational goals. Experience in outpatient hand therapy, post-op hand surgeries, and splinting is required. CHT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Certification by NBCOT required.
• Clinical experience in outpatient hand therapy is required.
• Experience with post-op hand surgeries and splinting is required.
• Valid Oregon occupational therapy license or license eligibility must be verified before the start date.
• BLS certification from AHA within 90 days of hire required.
