Job Description

We are seeking a Certified OR Tech with recent OB experience in a busy, large teaching hospital. Techs will assist RNs with tasks throughout the unit if not scrubbed, including setup, breakdown, and performing unit duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist RNs and surgical teams during procedures.
• Perform setup and breakdown of surgical areas.
• Fulfill unit duties as assigned when not scrubbed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• AHA BLS certification required.
• Certification through NBSTSA required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in OB procedures.
• Must be able to scrub C-sections and related gynecological procedures.
