Cardiac Med/Tele RN - Evenings - 13-Week Contract

Schedule

Evening shifts are 12 hours, from 3 PM to 3 AM. Positions are available for 36 and 48 hours per week, with a requirement of working 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Candidates must also be prepared to work at least 1 holiday during the contract period.

Job Description

This role involves providing care in a Cardiac Med/Tele unit consisting of 43 beds. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to cardiac and telemetry patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of recent experience in acute medical-surgical/telemetry nursing.
• A minimum of 2 years of U.S. work experience is required for non-U.S. candidates.
• Preferred: 2 years of recent experience in acute medical-surgical/telemetry nursing.
• Active New York RN license.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
