Schedule

Shifts available: Nights - 12HR: 7P-7A / 7A-7P with a night/day rotation. Options for 36 and 48 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must be available to work at least 1 holiday per contract.

Job Description

Working in the West 6 Med/Tele unit, which consists of 40 beds, the Registered Nurse will provide care for patients in an acute medical-surgical and telemetry setting. Flexibility according to the needs of the facility's schedule is required, with the possibility of blocking rotation requests and floating to other units as necessary. Willingness to work in a charge nurse role and undergo training if needed is also required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of recent experience in acute med-surg/tele.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.
• Active New York RN license.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIH) and AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required.
