3x12-hour shifts, Days, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Weekend requirement is every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care on our telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and experience in telemetry nursing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patients' telemetry and cardiac status.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and assessment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Float between similar units as needed to meet facility requirements.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
• Current South Carolina RN license or multi-state compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required; NIHSS is preferred.
• Telemetry competency and previous charge experience preferred.
