Travel Registered Nurse - ICU

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights (7 PM - 7 AM), every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for our ICU department. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to manage critical patients, including those on ventilators and vasoactive drips.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and progress in EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Alabama or Multistate RN license (no prior NURSYS hits).
• ACLS and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU RN experience.
• Experience with vented patients and vasoactive drips is required.
• Cerner experience preferred.
