Job Description

We are seeking a qualified nursing professional to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary licensure and certifications, and be prepared to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the physician.
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and perform necessary medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current nursing license (Nursys) and verification.
• CPR certification.
• Recent clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Completion of required health screenings (MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, etc.).
