Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist performs radiographic examinations on patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics, contributing to the efficient operation of the department and ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. Responsibilities include performing radiographic procedures and fulfilling receptionist duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic examinations on infants through elderly patients.
• Ensure efficient operation of the radiology department.
• Maintain quality and continuity of patient care.
• Assist with receptionist duties as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology program or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of post-graduate radiologic experience in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of CT angiograms is required.
• American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) certification is mandatory.
• CT registered or board eligible.
• Must be able to work independently and possess computer experience.
