Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Nurse to join our Blood Cancer/BMT unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing optimized patient care in a collaborative environment, focusing on patients undergoing chemotherapy, biotherapy, and bone marrow transplant treatments.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments.
• Manage bone marrow transplant procedures.
• Oversee blood administration and cardiac monitoring.
• Maintain accurate patient records and engage in the telemetry monitoring of patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
• ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience in chemotherapy/biotherapy administration.
• Experience in BMT/Bone Marrow Transplant and hematology.
