Night shift, working 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Cardiology Intensive Care Unit (PCICU). The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for pediatric patients with congenital heart disease and support a range of complex procedures, such as cardiac surgery and ECMO.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to critically ill pediatric patients.
• Monitor patients and administer medications as needed.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Utilize advanced technologies and protocols for cardiac management.
• Participate in family education and support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of Pediatric Cardiac ICU experience is required.
• Licensure: Current RN license in South Carolina or a Multi State/Compact RN license.
• Certifications: PALS and BLS (American Heart Association). ACLS is highly preferred.
• Experience with Ventricular Assist Devices (VAD) is highly preferred.
