Schedule

Shift: 8-hour days with flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide treatment for patients in an outpatient setting, inpatient swing bed, assisted living, and LTC/skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in various rehabilitation approaches and will manage a case load of 6-8 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and treatment plans for patients with various diagnoses including post-surgical, orthopedic, neurologic, and complex medical conditions.
• Collaborate with a diverse team including PTAs, COTAs, OTs, and SLPs.
• Manage patient caseload effectively across different care settings, potentially seeing patients in multiple areas in a single day.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist (clinical experience does not count).
• South Dakota PT license and BLS certification required.
• Preferred experience in long-term care (LTC)/skilled nursing and long-term recovery therapy.
