CT Technologist - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30). Weekend coverage and call required.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing advanced imaging procedures in a Level II Trauma Center. The position requires floating between the Emergency Room and Main CT, ensuring high-quality patient care while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures on patients of all ages, including adults and pediatrics.
• Implement stroke protocols efficiently during imaging.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and appropriate use of contrast media.
• Utilize GE imaging equipment and EPIC charting system for patient documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and workflow.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT certification in CT and Radiography.
• Must have experience with GE equipment within the last year.
• Previous experience in a Level II trauma setting preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system; Phillips PACS experience preferred.
