 8 hour day shift, 40 hours/week, every other weekend.

Job Description

The X-Ray Technologist will perform imaging procedures at a technical level that does not require constant supervision. This role requires a variety of technical procedures that demand independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including Level 2 Trauma, general radiology, fluoroscopy, OR C-arm, and outpatient imaging.
• Utilize independent judgment to evaluate and execute imaging techniques accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols for the use of ionizing radiation.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and healthcare team members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT Certified
• BLS Certified
• Clearance: Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting, Act 33, Act 34, Act 73 FBI Clearance.
