Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with charge experience to join our Women's Services team. This position is critical for providing quality care during labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery support, assessing and stabilizing mothers and newborns.
• Manage and monitor fetal health through advanced fetal monitoring.
• Handle obstetric emergencies, including shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage.
• Perform deliveries, including C-sections and vacuum/forceps-assisted deliveries.
• Conduct daily rounding on all patients and participate in safety rounds.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have labor and delivery experience, including labor management and newborn assessments.
• Experience with inductions using Pitocin and Cervidil.
• Certifications required: BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring training.
