Primarily scheduled Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts.

Job Description

This position is responsible for enhancing, participating, and supporting patient care with a focus on quality and safety. The OTR, with a physician referral, is authorized to treat patients in accordance with O.T. Practice Guidelines as issued by the American Occupational Therapy Association. The O.T. will work in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments in order to provide quality care. Must demonstrate proficiency and proper utilization of the electronic medical record, including proper documentation. This role primarily serves home health and outpatient populations.
