Three 12-hour shifts per week from 7 PM to 7 AM, with variable days.

Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will provide direct patient care services, specializing in pulmonary function testing and the initiation of CPAP devices. The RRT will support requests for the continued supply of durable medical equipment, such as oxygen concentrators and nebulizers, and assist in training patients on the use of inhalers. This role also involves setting up patients with DME equipment and working closely with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide pulmonary function testing.
• Initiate and manage CPAP devices for patients.
• Support continued supply requests for durable medical equipment.
• Assist in patient training for inhaler usage.
• Set up patients with DME equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians on patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) from the NRBC.
• New Jersey Respiratory Therapist license (RCP).
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 1 year of hospital or physician office experience.
• Computer literacy.
