Registered Nurse - Long Term Acute Care

Schedule

12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:08 PM, with a schedule of 36 hours per week.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care in a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. This facility has a focus on geriatric patient care, including post-acute and tracheostomy patients. The nurse will be responsible for maintaining high-quality care standards.

Responsibilities

• Float to units within competencies as required.
• Participate in pre-assignment testing for Basic and Advanced Dysrhythmia.
• Ensure compliance with all required documentation and training.
• Provide compassionate care to patients and collaborate with the care team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of two (2) years of LTAC experience required.
• Strongly preferred experience in a facility with 400+ beds or level 2 trauma.
• Prior travel experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
