Available shifts include Day (3x12-Hour: 07:00 - 19:00) and Night (3x12-Hour: 19:00 - 07:00). Weekends required on a variable basis.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RN House Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Emergency Department (ED) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and provide effective supervision across units, while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care delivered on all units organizationally.
• Manage crisis intervention and code management procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as DPH, TJC, and OSHA.
• Participate in facility/bed diversion and rapid response team efforts.
• Monitor and report sentinel events, new admissions, and transfers to higher levels of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS; PALS is highly desired but not mandatory.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
