12-hour night shifts, with flexible scheduling for a total of 36 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Long Term Acute Care Facility. The RN will provide nursing care to a diverse patient population, primarily geriatric and post-acute patients. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of two years of experience in a long-term acute care environment.
• Strongly prefer experience in facilities with 400+ beds or level 2 trauma.
• Prior travel experience is required; however, first-time travelers may be considered based on experience.
• BLS certification (AHA) required; ACLS certification preferred.
